Quincy Real Estate Market Looks Poised For A Recovery

Overall Quincy, MA looks to be poised for a recovery based on the 2012 Q1 numbers relative to Q1 2011. While the median price for a home fell by 4%, the total sales volume increased by 24%. As more buyers look to purchase residential homes, the inventory will continue you to shrink and hopefully a reduced supply , coupled with strong demand will begin to yield increased home values.
